FG Connect conducted market research for Kwik Fit to explore customer perceptions and associations with the brand. This research aimed to identify the factors influencing customer choices and to understand how Kwik Fit is positioned within the competitive landscape of car servicing and repair.

Specifications

The study involved eight in-depth virtual interviews, each lasting 60 minutes and conducted via MS Teams. Participants were selected based on specific criteria to ensure a diverse representation of customer experiences with Kwik Fit and its competitors. 

Results

Insights revealed that Kwik Fit customers valued convenience, reliability, and transparency in pricing. They appreciated the ease of booking and the quick turnaround times for services.
