Introduction

This study was focused on consumer needs around home heating and air conditioning, for an appliance manufacturer. Our brief was for screener creation, recruitment and scheduling assistance.

Spec

We recruited 4 respondents for each market.

The client had identified 3 customer types they were looking to interview:

  • Stay at home parent
  • Smart worker (spending at least 2 days a week work from home)
  • people with allergies or very sensitive to pollution

Each respondent had to be a home owner, between the ages of 30-50 and live in a detached home.

Results

The client completed and moderated 16 interviews within a 10 day timeframe for all markets. And successfully gathered the required insights.
